OUR MISSION
Living Brave Through Breast Cancer is a non-profit organization established in September 2017 to provide support to those affected by breast cancer. Our mission is to aid and provide support to five women who have been referred to our organization and are currently facing the challenges of breast cancer, within the critical first three to five years of their journey, when the impact on their daily lives is most profound.
We educate the community about the importance of early detection of breast cancer through our free community-focused Annual Early Detection Awareness (EDA) event held on the 3rd Saturday, in the month of October.
Living Brave-TBC is more than a non-profit organization, we are a family of families consisting of fighters, survivors, caregivers, and supporters.
Our vision is to implement our mission whilst also continuing to build the breast cancer community throughout the nation. No one should have to fight cancer alone due to external hardships.
